These Service Terms apply to every astrology reading, report, forecast, compatibility analysis, remedy guidance, planner, or related astrological content purchased or accessed through ZodiacVilla.com (together, the “Readings”).
These Services are currently offered outside India only.
These Service Terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Security Policy, and Disclaimer. If there is any conflict, these Service Terms control points that relate directly to Readings.
2. What a Reading Is
A Reading is a personalised astrological interpretation prepared from the birth and relationship details you provide. It is designed to offer insight, self‑reflection, and practical guidance.
3. What a Reading Is Not
Readings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice. They do not diagnose conditions and they do not replace professional help.
Astrology is interpretive in nature. We do not promise any fixed outcome, event, or result.
4. User Details and Accuracy
You must provide correct details for a Reading. This includes your full name, gender, relationship status, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and your question when applicable.
If any detail is wrong, the Reading can change. Zodiac Villa is not responsible for results affected by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Details for Friends or Partners
If you buy a Reading for a friend or partner, you may provide that person’s details. You must have clear consent to share that personal data.
You accept responsibility for any complaint or claim that arises from sharing another person’s details without consent.
6. Delivery and Access
We deliver Readings by email, by your Website login dashboard, or by both, depending on the product listing.
Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates. We may take longer when we need verification, when volume is high, or when events outside our control affect operations.
7. Pricing and Currency
Prices can differ for customers in India and customers outside India due to currency, taxes, and payment processing costs. The price shown at checkout is the final price that applies to your location and payment method.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Readings are personalised digital products. Once a Reading is delivered, it cannot be returned or resold, so refunds do not apply after delivery.
You may request cancellation before delivery. Cancellations and any refund, if applicable, follow our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
9. Corrections
If you find an objective processing error from our side, such as a spelling mistake in your name or a mismatch in the birth details we used, you may request one correction within the period stated in our Refund Policy.
We will correct and resend the Reading at no extra charge. Corrections do not cover changes to the details you submitted after purchase.
10. Romance and Intimacy Category
Some Readings focus on love, romance, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. These products are intended for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use them.
We do not provide or promote explicit sexual acts. Content stays tasteful, consensual, and aligned with applicable rules and community standards.

11. User Conduct During Service
You agree to communicate respectfully with our team. If you use abusive language, threats, hate speech, extortion, or repeated harassment, we may refuse service, suspend access, and deny refunds where law allows.
12. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All Readings and related materials are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Zodiac Villa. You receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable licence to view and use the Reading for your own private purposes.
You may not copy, share, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any Reading without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Your decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodiac Villa is not liable for indirect outcomes such as emotional upset, relationship changes, reputational impact, or financial consequences.
If liability is proven against Zodiac Villa, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Reading.
14. Changes to Readings or Terms
We may update our methods, formats, or these Service Terms to improve quality or meet legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to Readings or these Service Terms.
