These Service Terms apply to every astrology reading, report, forecast, compatibility analysis, remedy guidance, planner, or related astrological content purchased or accessed through ZodiacVilla.com (together, the “Readings”).
These Services are currently offered outside India only. Please review our No-India Offering page for details.
These Service Terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Security Policy, and Disclaimer. If there is any conflict, these Service Terms control points that relate directly to Readings.
What a Reading Is
A Reading is a personalised astrological interpretation prepared from the birth and relationship details you provide. It is designed to offer insight, self-reflection, and practical guidance.
What a Reading Is Not
Readings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice. They do not diagnose conditions and they do not replace professional help.
Astrology is interpretive in nature. We do not promise any fixed outcome, event, or result.
User Details and Accuracy
You must provide correct details for a Reading. This includes your full name, gender, relationship status, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and your question when applicable.
If any detail is wrong, the Reading can change. Zodiac Villa is not responsible for results affected by incorrect or incomplete information.
Details for Friends or Partners
If you buy a Reading for a friend or partner, you may provide that person’s details. You must have clear consent to share that personal data.
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to share another person’s details. We may refuse or cancel an order if that consent cannot be reasonably confirmed.
Delivery and Access
Delivery may be made by email attachment, private download link, account dashboard, or a combination of these methods, as stated on the product page.
Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates. We may take longer when we need verification, when volume is high, or when events outside our control affect operations.
Pricing and Currency
Prices can differ for customers in India and customers outside India due to currency, taxes, and payment processing costs. The price shown at checkout is the final price that applies to your location and payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
Personalised Readings normally do not qualify for a refund after delivery, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
You may request cancellation before delivery. Cancellations and any refund, if applicable, follow our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
Corrections
If you find an objective processing error from our side, such as a spelling mistake in your name or a mismatch in the birth details we used, you may request one correction within the period stated in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
We will correct and resend the Reading at no extra charge. Corrections do not cover changes to the details you submitted after purchase.
Romance and Intimacy Category
Some Readings focus on love, romance, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. These products are intended for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use them.
Content may discuss adult themes such as romance, attraction, intimacy, desire, and relationship patterns, but it does not provide explicit sexual instruction or promote non-consensual conduct.
If you find this category unsuitable for your personal values or comfort, do not purchase or use it.
User Conduct During Service
You agree to communicate respectfully with our team. If you use abusive language, threats, hate speech, extortion, or repeated harassment, we may restrict communication, suspend access, or discontinue service where reasonably necessary.
Any refund decision will follow the applicable Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy and legal requirements.
Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All Readings and related materials are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Zodiac Villa. You receive a limited, personal licence to view and use the Reading for private purposes.
You may keep, print, and privately share your Reading for personal use. You may not publish, resell, commercially distribute, reproduce at scale, or create derivative products from it without written permission.
Responsibility and Liability
Astrology is interpretive, and personal decisions remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zodiac Villa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a Reading.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Reading giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to Readings or Terms
We may update our methods, formats, or these Service Terms to improve quality or meet legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to Readings or these Service Terms.
