How to Submit a Rights Request
To exercise a right, email us at support@zodiacvilla.com from your registered email address. Use the subject line “DPDP Rights Request – [Your Order ID or Email]”.
State the right you want to exercise and provide enough details for us to locate the relevant data. We may request reasonable verification so that personal data is not disclosed, changed, or erased at the request of an unauthorised person.
Response Timelines
We generally acknowledge requests within 3 to 4 working days. We aim to resolve valid requests within 30 days, subject to verification, complexity, legal requirements, and any permitted extension.
If more time is needed, we will inform you of the reason and provide an updated timeline where required or permitted by law.
