1. No Services to Users Located in India
Zodiac Villa does not offer any Reading, report, forecast, compatibility analysis, remedy guidance, planner, or related astrological content to any user who is located in India at the time of access or purchase. This restriction applies to all products, even if a user is an Indian citizen or an Indian origin person.

7. Refund Treatment for India Orders
If an India-restricted order is detected before delivery, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid, after deducting any transactional charges that cannot be recovered from the payment gateway.
If an order is detected after delivery, no refund will be issued because the Service was delivered in breach of this territorial term.
