3. How to Submit a Rights Request
To exercise any right, email us at hello@ZodiacVilla.com from your registered email address. Please write the subject line as “DPDP Rights Request – [Your Order ID or Email]”. State the right you want to exercise and provide enough details for us to locate your data.
We may ask for reasonable verification so we do not disclose data to an unauthorised person.
4. Timelines for Response
We will acknowledge your request within 3 to 4 working days. We aim to resolve it within 30 days. If a request needs more time due to complexity, we will inform you with reasons and an updated timeline, as permitted by law.

7. Escalation to the Data Protection Board of India
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India after you complete the grievance step with us.

This page is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes connected to this page or the rights process.
