1. Scope and Acceptance

This Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of astrology readings, reports, and related service content (“Services”) made on ZodiacVilla.com. By placing an order, you accept this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.

Our Services are offered only to users who are 18 years or older. If you are below 18, you must not purchase any Service unless a parent or legal guardian places the order and gives consent.

Services are currently offered only outside India. Any order attempted from India is unauthorised and may be cancelled. If detected before delivery, such orders are cancelled and refunded minus unrecoverable gateway charges.

2. Nature of Services

Our Services are personalised digital products created using the birth and relationship details you provide. Our astrologers invest significant time, analysis, and expertise to prepare each personalised reading. Because the Service is made only for you, it cannot be returned or resold. Standard return rules for physical goods do not apply.

Services are for adults (18+). Minors must not place orders unless done by a parent or legal guardian with consent.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Once confirmed, work may begin immediately.

4. Cancellations Before Delivery

You may request cancellation before the Service is delivered. Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@ZodiacVilla.com with your order ID.

If work has not started, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

If work has started but the Service is not completed, we may issue a partial refund after deducting a reasonable work fee. The deduction depends on the stage of completion.

If the Service is completed or already sent, cancellation is not possible.

5. No Refund After Delivery

Once a reading or report is delivered by email or made available in your login dashboard, the order is treated as fulfilled and no refund will be issued. We do not issue refunds after delivery because the product is personalised and cannot be returned or resold.

6. Corrections and Re‑delivery

If you find an objective processing error from our side, such as a spelling mistake in your name or a mismatch in the birth details we used, you may request one correction within 7 days of delivery.

We will correct and resend the Service at no extra charge. This correction window does not cover changes to the original information you submitted after purchase.

7. Non‑Delivery or Delay

If a Service is not delivered within the timeline shown on the product page, you may contact us for status. If we are unable to deliver the Service due to our fault, you may choose either:

  1. a full refund, or
  2. a revised delivery date acceptable to you.

Delays caused by force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you raise a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your access to the Service and your account until the chargeback is resolved.

9. Refund Method and Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Refund timelines follow RBI and payment‑gateway rules, which usually take 5 to 10 working days after approval.

10. Pricing Errors and Fraud

If an order is placed due to a clear pricing, currency, location-mapping, or technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If we detect misuse, false data submission, or fraud, we may deny refunds and suspend access.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Policy or the Services.
