Services are currently offered only to users located outside India.
During checkout, you must tick the required consent check-boxes. These boxes are not pre-selected. If you do not tick them, you cannot place an order. Ticking the boxes has the same legal effect as a written signature.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Our services are strictly limited to users aged 18 years and above. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We do not knowingly provide Services to minors. If you are under 18, do not use the Website or submit personal data.

You confirm that all information you submit is accurate and shared with proper consent. You are responsible for any consequences of inaccurate or unauthorised data.
5. Orders, Delivery and Access
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We deliver digital readings by email, by login access on the Website, or by both, depending on the product described at checkout.
Delivery timelines shown on the product page are estimates. Delays may occur due to high volume, verification needs, technical issues, or force majeure events.
6. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices are listed on the Website in INR or other displayed currency. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Corrections
Because our Services are personalised digital products, refunds are not available once a reading or report has been delivered. If you request cancellation before delivery, we may allow a partial or full refund, based on the stage of work. If you find an objective data issue, such as a spelling error in your name or birth detail mismatch caused by our processing, you may request one correction within a reasonable window of 7 days after delivery. Corrections do not cover changes to the original details you submitted.
